Austin Daleman is a multi-talented Special Olympics athlete from Halton Hills. Austin has been participating in sports such as Alpine Skiing, Athletics and Swimming for 13 years! Austin always looks forward to the thrill he gets from competing, as well as being able to spend time with his friends and fellow athletes. For Austin, Special Olympics is an opportunity for fair competition and a space where he and his teammates can showcase their skills. Austin’s best memories from his time involved in Special Olympics are competing at Provincials and Nationals, specifically the 2018 Summer Games in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
Austin emphasizes the important role that sponsors and donors play in the operation of Special Olympics. He would like to thank all of the sponsors and donors that support Special Olympics for allowing him and his fellow athletes to show what they can do!
